Beacon *Shining Light of Pacific Spirit United Church presents a three-part seminar facilitated by Connie Jorsvik of Patient Pathways, who will guide us through the BC Health Care System, offer an overview of documentation, and assist in understanding heroics.
Throughout the seminar, registrants will receive the resources and guidance to complete an advanced care plan. All three sessions and lunch are included in the $40 registration fee.
